Join us for a meaningful start to Lent
We invite you to come together as a community to begin the Lenten season with a special Ash Wednesday worship service and dinner. This is a time for reflection, repentance, and preparation for the journey of Lent.
Schedule of Events:
- 12:00 PM – Prayer Service: Enjoy a brief prayer service in the Chapel.
- 3:45 – 5:45 PM – Ashes in the Afternoon: join us in the Brownback’s parking lot for drive-thru style ashes
- 6:00 PM – Fellowship Dinner: Enjoy a simple, shared meal as we gather in community.
- 7:00 PM – Ash Wednesday Worship Service: Experience a contemplative service of Scripture, prayer, and the imposition of ashes, as we reflect on the meaning of this holy season.
Whether you are new to Ash Wednesday or a long-time participant, we welcome everyone to take part in this sacred time of worship and reflection.
